We rocked our socks for #NationalSockDay!
Our "Socktoberfest" sock drive resulted in 4,418 pairs of socks or 8,836 “feet”! Thanks to all who donated socks, making the 1.67 miles of socks possible.
To celebrate, staff showed off their socks while patients received a new pair.

In 2021, 9% of babies in Ohio were born premature. Today, in recognition of #WorldPrematurityDay, we send our hearts out to all the preemies fighting in NICUs and the parents by their side. The lights at our Akron campus are purple, honoring our preemies and their families.
