Is the cyan color you're using the center of 360° hue? so 180° hue?

I'm not quite surprised by this one, since the sub-pixels of a single pixel on every screen only shows three colours. Same principle here.
From the middle of the train, left of 'Red Thunder":
rgb(188,190,189) #BCBEBD ... it's gray? wth
They may not be absolutely reddish, but they are relatively reddish.
