Isn't this similar to the effect of seeing a green apple under tungsten lighting (orange)? The camera will see it as grey, but your visual system sees green. With a red apple, it comes out black on film but looks red. Kodak used to make specially adjusted film for Tungsten lights

Can we assume that with such cyan cast an eye can see more red colors than usual as those cyans will appear red, while the regular reds will still look red if put in this picture?
