The ones I focus on don't rotate, but then the ones in my peripheral vision are moving

@AkiyoshiKitaoka perhaps try shrinking them a bit and squeeze more in the space with less background. I was a “no motion” on both.

When my eyes are moving, and when I blink, I see some of the round things rotate counterclockwise by fixed amounts.

The second one seems to have a similar, but stronger effect.

When I focus on one circle the others seem to be rotating clockwise very slowly.
