Thank you. The effect may be stronger seen from a distant (more than 1 meter) or in mesopic vision. I do not think that color blindness has anything to do with chromostereopsis. The majority see red in front of blue.
For me they seem to be on the same plane but blue appears to jiggle while red is stable
I saw red in front of blue from close, but when I read this comment, I moved it further and it switched
