The nationwide service outage and the delay in restoring critical 911 capabilities is unacceptable. I have spoken to CenturyLink to express my concerns and have directed the ’s public safety staff to launch an investigation. My statement below. #publicsafety

You're outraged over an ISP not providing the service they promised?!
Naw... Couldn't be!
I mean, YOU told us all that ISPs being allowed to self-regulate could only IMPROVE service quality, right?

Jinkies, Century Link’s sense of urgency regarding services is rated slower then a sloth. It’s been like that for years!
This is what happens when there's no Net Neutrality.

The PolitiBears say Century’s explanation of this being an equipment failure rings hollow. Can you give us a four sentence explanation? It should not be hard and between we two Bears we can detect the poo from the facts.

The nationwide presidential outage and the delay in removing the administration is a better use of everyone’s time.

What seems more unacceptable is that a critical service like 911 has a SINGLE POINT of Failure in that they have a single ISP. If it was a business it would be served by multiple internet providers to reduce that risk.
