Camping bans are direct violence against homeless people. When our councilmembers pass ordinances that try to legislate human beings out of existence, we can't keep pretending that elected officials serve us. We have to fight & care for each other.

They’re also unconstitutional & have been established as such for over 80 years. Not that I expect the city council to know what the law says. Tacoma has been sued by the state of WA more than any other city, for breaking the law.
