Heads up that Twitter seems to keep reverting the DM setting to "only from Verified users" even AFTER you've changed it.
I had to change it back to allow DMs from anyone again this morning after learning that a commissioner was trying to contact me but couldn't.

The funny thing is that as an artist that draws more kinky stuff I sometimes feel the reverse, like I have to be vanilla in order to have more success.
I think the way to succeed is to find your personal niche and draw what you're into. That's what you'll do your best work at.

It's not just about "resting" but also doing other things. Getting exercise, having other creative outlets, and making time for personal art that's just for you is important.

1) I've always been a doodler, but I actually started thinking about drawing in an "I want to get better at this" kind of way in 6th grade or so. That's when I started buying lots of art books and practicing from them. x3

Also, I'm not the best artist in the world, but I'm the only person in the world who can make *my* art. If I didn't make it, it'd never exist, so making it feels meaningful.
