I don’t think it’s natural for humans to eat just one strain or variety of nutrients. We are omnivores who eat a punctuated variety not cars that just take one fuel type. Don’t mix everything together, don’t just eat one thing. Non-formulaic preferred imo

For the record I don’t know shit about nutrition but honestly most of the people who say they do are lying. Not bad to eat meat but also not bad to sometimes eat a salad. If you just eat salad or just eat meat, permanently, that’s probably worse than punctuation it seems.
