In particular, I'm interested in how you guys score in Individualization vs Includer.

I haven't taken it either. However, I resonate with the descriptions of both Individualization and Includer...

Me too. I care about both, but when it comes down to a choice between the two, I picked individualization over includer every time. I like to include everyone, but not at the cost of not knowing them well as individuals. So it's based in curiosity, not in conflict avoidance.

I'm a little confused. If you don't include somebody, how can you know them better as an individual?

That's the trade off. Are you going to know a few people very well or a lot of people not so well? We only have so much time and mental energy and memory in this life.

I have a handful of very close connections that I maintain on a regular basis with a probably extraordinary pool of medium-strength connections say around 750 people. The trade off is that I don’t talk to people all that often but I remember most things. Lean individualization.

I understand Dunbar’s number but I think how I was raised puts me in the fat tail.
