We talk about opioid addiction, cigarette addiction, amphetamine addiction, etc. It's time to include fast food addiction.

Eh it's instructive if youve ever been broke for a period of time that being broke sucks. Especially in a wealthy country. So you cope with junk food. Hard to eat keto or greens when food is source of comfort primarily

Wrong. You can eat keto at any fast food for around $5-$6. How is that difficult?

once again, my claim: addiction / awareness are the major sticking points that said keto fast food is a step in the right direction, but I dont think it is a great solution long term

My response was for Paul. Agreed it is not a long-term viable solution.

Fast food is expensive. I still see it as a luxury. I get avocados for $0.79 each, butter, coconut oil, eggs, and ground beef are also way cheaper than fast food. My average day is probably $7 in ingredients and over 3000 calories.

Break down exactly how this $7 amounts to 3000 calories.

Btw, this is actual after upgrading. I could always scale down by replacing Kerrygold with normal butter, drop avocado & cheese for tortillas/rice/pasta, change beef to chicken quarters, and get this down to ~$3-4.
