Gandhi identifies truth with God. He equates them. Only the firm belief in a unique truth leads to the resolution of conflict, with certainty. It overcomes ego. If scientists have one shared spiritual belief, it is the belief in one truth. This book changes lives.

There is no better word than Satyagraha to describe the practice of science. In its intended form it is nothing if not spiritual exercise. The same goes for most other human activities.

Have you read “Non-Violent Resistance (Satyagraha)” by Gandhi? It looks like a collection of his journals and ideas, I think it’s different from his experiments book.

No, I haven't, and I know very little of these things. But reading Gandhi’s experiments, 10 years ago, was a shock. He’s so close to truth, even my rusty bent truth antennae pick up a massive signal.
