It’s a shame Jordan Peterson didn’t pay more attention to the writings of Nietzsche in his later years. He would’ve found the answer to his health problems ages ago if he did. I mean that literally.

As in Nietzsche literally talks about the importance of nutrition over the importance of theological questions and laments that it took him so long in life to think about it. Just like how Jordan Peterson spent most of his life up until last year in a state of depression.

Switching to an all-meat seemed to help Jordan Peterson dramatically. But Jordan never focused on nutrition for most of his life. He spent it on questions of religion. Nietzsche specifically criticizes that approach in “Ecce Homo”.

Good thing my parents raised me on a strong healthy dose of Protestant Theology and plenty of cow and potato then.
