Things I’ve found massively impair energy level & brain function: 1) Tobacco consumption. 2) No exercise. 3) Refined carbs, especially cereals & sugar. 4) Artificial sweeteners, dyes etc. 5) Breakfast.
That brings us to vapes/e-cigs that don’t have enough time to have been fully analyzed. I still wonder about it though.

Today was on the phone with a dear friend who coughed blood for a week. Proly because vaping. The chems change, but so does the behavior.

Smokers enjoy the taste of tobacco. People who vape go absolutely off the reservation. Barbell. But I surely don't have many data points.
