Have been thinking about how the magician archetype and high IQ seem to intimidate women/others and often leads to a sort of asexuality: Newton, Tesla, Da Vinci High perception is threatening even w/out ill will because it is suspect to have high awareness of vulnerabilities.

Idk if they intimidated women. It's more they usually have low social IQ and are insufferable assholes.

Would argue thet you are confusing high IQ with hard sciences etc. when high IQ can be just as social aka Freud, Goethe, Dostoevsky, Girard, Jung. Those with high social IQ should be even more dangerous to women as they may be more prone to reputation destruction.

All I'm saying is nerds have a hard time being social because they do not understand social dynamics. They have no game with women. Women love being intimidated. They want a savage man who will protect them when shit hits the fan.

Okay I think I need to make a distinction. Most High IQ people are agreeable and spend a lot of time at their desk so they are usually both physically and mentally un-intimidating. The knowledge they have is safe, it is hard science where things are stable, predictable.

They do not understand social dynamics because their world is padded. But I do not think that ALL smart people are in the Hard Sciences, in fact, I think many intelligent people are in business, politics, entertainment where soft skills are required.

Here, intelligence is more closely related to the dynamic flow of human events where influence and power are more valuable. I do not think these people have “different intelligences” rather they are conditioned differently by their environments and interests.

Freud is dangerous because his high perceptiveness into your own psyche gives him power and influence over you. He can crush you psychologically just like he can elevate you. Peter Thiel is intimidating because he can fuck you with the legal system.

Fortunately I've avoided exactly that outcome.

Why do you think that is? I’m not sure if these men are exceptions or not but in literature they are often described this way. I’m not sure if this comes from excess focus on a task or from this danger repulsing others.

Great capacity is amoral: it can create or destroy. Unfortunately, most high IQ spiral out due to excessive cleverness, I'd say.
