Rich countries will get access to coronavirus vaccines first - for poorer ones, the timeline will stretch until 2024 (at the earliest)pic.twitter.com/UgLieumAFr

How come war torn Libya is getting the vaccine a year ahead of its neighbors?

Because the investors and their allies killed its leader. So the leader less and broken county is of interest to the handlers

That's normal, the rich countries are struck much harder and have much more infections than the poor countries. The poor countries should be happy this pandemic more or less did not have a big outbreak in their country.

Hello, The definition is "widely available for the general population" (ie not at-risk groups or elderly, who will often have priority access)

Hmmm this I quote from Indonesia Foreign Affair Minister: “Once again, the Government has secured 20 to 30 million doses of vaccine this year and 290 to 340 million doses of vaccine for next year,” she said. And 1,2 million have arrived. Source:https://setkab.go.id/en/govt-secures-20-30-million-doses-of-covid-19-vaccine-for-this-year/ …
