    The new EU Health Commissioner Stella Kyriakides wants more information about the controversial issue of gene editing and for now, she seems less enthusiastic than her predecessor. You have some of the best scientists on gene editing at EU, just ask them!

    Yet, critics such as Vandana Shiva & Greenpeace continue their misinformation charade around the world claiming that “GM crops are not tested enough, we don’t know much about them”. Gullible policy makers, media and a large section of the public have bought into this garbage

    Hundreds of studies performed, hundreds of questions asked, millions of dollars & over 10 years spent for a GM crop with just 3 extra genes. A conventional rice variety with mutants or hybridization will have thousands of genes altered or introduced, yet no testing or regulation!

    An extensive safety study of Golden Rice shows that there are no toxicological or allergenicity issues to worry about if you eat this provitaminA rice. So, relax!
