The Reuters report is unclear on when exactly the Nov. 19 sample test results in Netherlands were first known to officials. Reuters says the variant was "detected before" the flights. Was it detected and kept quiet for a week? Can Reuters please clarify?

"From the People Up" - outlines a systemic approach of community development that utilizes schools and their extended inter-generational population as the center of the communities development - I call it Familyhood for short. "From the People Up" gives a closer look at Familyhood and its "do now" strategy 1st Saturdays (which represents the 1st Saturday of each month to volunteer at schools, while updating and recruiting new members into the schools Student Government Association, Parent Teacher Association and Alumni Association. These three organizations along with community partners are the schools "Familyhood". The main goal is to plant the seed in the minds of the youth to see themselves as future Alumni. Alumni are graduates who return to mentor generation of student government leaders.
