    بعد سنة من الإطاحة بالرئيس البشير ، حان الوقت للسودان أن يواجه إرثه الطويل المتمثل في الإفلات من العقاب على التعذيب. وإحدى الطرق هي إلغاء أي حصانات تمنع التحقيق والملاحقة القضائية الفعالة للتعذيب على أيدي قوات الأمن والشرطة والجيش.
