Seems like the criteria for being highly searched for it vague and hostile to previously verified people who actually are the original creators of their content. Sounds more like if you’re not a YouTube celebrity you won’t get verified.

Which defeats the whole point of verifying them when if they follow said person’s other account of different platform (which is most often the case) they will know who the real creator is soooo this is meaningless. Lesser known YouTubers need to be verified as well.
