Like your arrival times #snl can be hit and miss, but they nailed your condescending attitude to customers. I am based in DUB and don't use EI for trips to the US because 7/10 trips you screw something up and then act like it's some kind of joke. You're a waste of LHR slots.
Just tried watching Saturday Night Live - unwatchable! Totally biased, not funny and the Ronan impersonation just can't get any worse. Sad
