I don't understand those stories where someone knows something is wrong with them and has to hunt though doctors to get diagnosed. If a doctor told me yeah, your arm is falling off, just eat more veggies, I would be like alright, do tomatoes count as vegetables?

So, I have chronic fatigue.
The diagnostic criteria? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
What causes it? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
What remedies are there? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
There are like three guys studying it. There are still big holes in the body of medical knowledge and practice, sometimes people fall into them.

Many docs are poor diagnosticians. I've had things where 6 tests came back negative and nothing was diagnosed. Also, lifestyle changes are hard. If the doc told you no more LSD, other drugs or alcohol ever, could you do it? Maybe. What if it was no more reading, walking or sex?

I don't understand these people as well. But I fight with death. 30 years. 250 hours a month. That is but different league . Tomatoes are good. Vegetables or fruit. It doesn't matter. I am tired now .

I know people who've endured decades of symptoms, Dr exams, tests, treatments, fees, co-pays, medications, all without relief. Medicine is still in the Dark Ages.
