Is there a name for the thing when you think, "I'm very unusual and have trouble finding people who understand me" and then realize probably everyone around you is thinking the exact same thing?

Not quite the same but reminds me of the word Sonder. "The profound feeling of realizing that everyone, including strangers passed in the street, has a life as complex as one's own, which they are constantly living despite one's personal lack of awareness of it."
