Did you ever find out the reason for that sudden gender monopoly at night? Or just one of those emergent ineffable things?

So gender roles in some countries are weird. I don't know why women weren't out, but I was under the impression it wasn't just that night, that they were expected to stay indoors after a certain time in general.
