IMO the "smart" answer is 20 points higher if you're in the middle 80% or something, but 5 points lower if you're an outlier either way.

Depends on how the person uses the higher IQ I suppose, but if they use it effectively, I'd love the higher IQ person, they'd encourage me to be better I think.
