Do you remember if it was French, American, or something else? All use french names. How much did the bottle cost? Can you remember the grape variety or exclude some varieties? If you used a credit card you might be able to find the transaction and ask the wine bar to look it up.

Similar to the great way back machine idea, you could email the wine bar and see f you can get a PDF of old with need lists. That said, was it the Ridge Montebello?

The importer is based in New York City, you could probably ask them for a local shop, or a similar wine. It's a pretty rare one so they would be the ones to ask. louisdressner.com
