I tasted the most incredible wine a few years ago and now I've forgotten the name but I have some clues

I tasted it at 's Purple Wine Bar in late 2015 in Bellevue. It was part of a set of wines meant to be 'super earthy', all with strong tones I associate with mud. Its name was a long single french word written across a (mostly?) blank white label
