The Luna team and I have been trying out 'screen-free' Sundays, where from wake to sleep on Sunday we don't use phones or computers.
I thought I would hate it, but it's quickly become my favorite day of the week and has increased my creativity and focus.

For those who are like, "but I need txt/phone to coordinate social events!": you could get a 'dumb' phone, set up message/call forwarding. Bam.
