Being that women are generally viewed as less menacing when they rape (often it's not even called rape when they do it), this is a no brainer for me. I'd rather be accused.

I had a sex act performed on me when I didn’t consent to it, by a woman 10 years older than me (she even joked, while drunk a few weeks prior, that she was going to rape me). I’ve also been falsely accused of rape. The latter is much worse

Recycling the old questions to compare scores?
I can only view it thusly: one can fight back against a rapist, but one can never fight back against an accusation. I'd hope we'd all pick the struggle if it gave us agency and hope.

I’d say get raped, yeah it’s a terrible thing to happen to anyone but being falsely accused can ruin your life way more than just getting raped.
