Social justice ideas culminate in those less fortunate being kept down by giving them things to keep them there. Therefore, the (disadvantaged) unattractive lose.
Then, since the male SJWs are morphing into various genders growing closer to female, attractive women in the answer.

This one is hard. Obviously attractive people would be better off than unattractive people, but that is the case already even without social justice.
Maybe unattractive people are relatively better off even if attractive people are absolutely better off.

My reasoning is that socjus encourages greater female participation, but powerful men forced to appoint a woman will naturally prefer to choose an attractive one.

If you are talking about SJW type social justice, I think the only beneficiaries are less intelligent people with strong sense of self-righteousness, not particularly men or women with any range of attractiveness.
