With the understanding that there are strong cultural aspects to attractiveness that change over time. Poor kiddo might be marked as a having "2018 hotness" that is out of fashion in 2045.

Only if they are predicted to have lower than average IQ. Otherwise this could cause problems in society. Possibly some form of segregation.

General intelligence does correlate greatly to success, and does not necessarily have a social deficit (unlike Hollywood's interpretation). The question now, is "natural" the ethical option at that point or unethical?

I am all for genetic modification, but my concern would be the divide between those who could afford it and those who couldn't.
