Has society already mostly changed all the major ways it's fucked up (like slavery) or at least identified all the new movements (like trans rights)? Or are there still ideas that society (like you and me) still see as totally taboo, but in the future will be completely accepted?

Sometimes I think that 100 or 200 years from now, eating meat will be seen as an abomination on par with genocide or whatever. I say this as someone who definitely enjoys a good steak

I think the question itself assumes that things only improve/evolve, that it only gets better with time. Things could change for the worse, then back for the better, or not. There's no guarantees of anything.

We will always "Still" be ignorant, because we come up with new issues to stand upon. You don't even now how normal right now will be fucked up in a decade. You really don't because the change has yet to develop, but it will.
