I improvise my way through every conversation pretty much, the idea of having pre-selected questions for everyone kinda weirds me out

I have a list of questions to fall back on in some circumstances - like if I'm feeling socially awkward and I don't know what to say, or if I'm in a place with a lot of people and not a lot of time and I feel like hunting for connection with max efficiently

Yep. Sadly it involves are current Chief Executive. Saves time as life is too short.

No, but if I did I would probably go with the classic "What is something you believe that most people disagree with you about".
