The gender imbalance in crypto (17:1 men:women or something?) is super interesting, mostly because there's not really any 'system' with crypto. Anybody can enter, from their own computers, on their own time, and crypto is so new, there weren't really stereotypes about it already.

I mean no system as in there are no people in positions of power granting or refusing access. It's not a business or a school - it's more under a 'hobby' umbrella, available for anybody who is interested.
