Trouble with that is sometimes it feels like the wrong planet, amirite? (More seriously, intelligence is a multidimensional thing not a single quantity, so THE QUESTION IS FLAWED DAMMIT.)
Intelligence means different things depending on how you mean it. IQ tests are pretty predictive of most types of intelligence. There's not a lot of good evidence for 'multiple types,' based on what I've researched.

Sure. If you define intelligence as aptitude at specific things then aptitude at other things isn't "intelligence," but that ends up being a bit circular. At the extreme it just means IQ tests test how good you are at IQ tests.
