I don't think people Want it to apply any longer. As long as most western language is Latin Derivative however, it is going to take some heavy lifting to obliterate, as is the "social" wont.

It's a thing people say when have a subconscious understanding of masculinity and femininity but their conscious understanding is that it's entirely cultural conditioning.
You're allowed to personally dislike a fashion statement. It's rude to comment negatively on someone's outfit, though.
