It's not murder if the fetus is simply choosing not to come into this world, and the desires of the fetus, conveyed through the maternal bond, override the mother's natural instinct to bear offspring.

Yep, from my perspective as long as the foetus requires its host in order to survive, like a parasite, it's not yet a person and so it isn't murder.

Yes. It's a right. An ACTUAL human has rights. Potential humans do not. It CAN be morally condemnable though. But that's the distinction: what we are allowed to do vs what we should do.
