I didn't go to school. It's surreal to me to see everyone walking around and acting like the trauma of public school that's basically subjected huge swathes of children to abuse and left permanent anxiety and depression later on in life is "something that happens I guess"

public schoolers seem 1. less likely to dissent 2. more concerned about appearances 3. lower sense of self worth of course my upbringing also had those things but was relegated to morality - less likely to 'morally dissent,' more concerned with 'moral appearances,' etc.
