Is it possible for an interaction to count as sexual assault even if all involved parties feel positively about the experience?

Are we talking that all parties are consenting adults? Or are the positive feelings in retrospect on an act that was not consented to?

Legal definitions versus common aside, it's important to note if someone does "legally defined as sexual assault" to one person who turns out to be way into it and then tries the same thing with another person who is not into it the one person who was isn't a reasonable defense.

Even in MMA fights the referee must have the consent of the fighter to stop the fight, except if the fighter is unconscious or unable to communicate that consent.

Posotively how? I can see how a traumatic experience may help improve as a person, no matter how horrific It was, still marking seems like saying someone could enjoy getting raped.

with someone under the age of consent, or too drunk/high for consent... or someone mentally challenged

No. The only exception is minors who have been groomed accept it or think they want it.
