I feel a bit annoyed when people from one 'side' or the other 'claim me' as a supporter for them. Like, no, all issues are nuanced and just because I happened to support half of a single aspect of your position once doesn't make me 'one of yours'.

I agree. I think we should agree on what language counts as discreet or concise. I don't give a shit what language we use as long as we're communicating clearly.
