I have a lot of different feelings about this. On one hand, a living wage is great. On the other hand, I've only been able to do startups by hiring people at a wage I can afford to pay, which necessitates I pay people who are from poor countries.

I suspect not. I personally lean towards abolishing the minimum wage entirely. I think the minimum wage hurts people who have trouble working. Either you have to be worth 11 or 15/hr, or you're unemployed. The hard binary division is icky to me.
