Being a bigot should be legal. Let the market know exactly how you feel and lay the market deliver punishment. Govt. Need not be involved.

Sex workers, life coaches perhaps, and anyone who teaches a female/male only class or seminar e.g. single sex schools.

If a private business doesn't want to make money then they can refuse for what ever reason. FWIW I wouldn't patronize that establishment.
Wouldn't there also be a difference in refusing to and not being able to provide services?
