Should it be legal, not is it. Yes being a douchebag should be legal. It puts bigotry in the public eye and allows the market to punish.

Answered yes only because of Korean nightclubs not allowing white people in response to misbehaviour by American military guys.

Yes, but only if race is an essential component of the job. Which shouldn't happen, but sometimes does.
