I mean black lives from extremely poor countries. To save most black lives possible, the answer is to work and donate to those charities.

I don't think extremely poor countries have black lives matter movements.. the movement was USA based to deal with cops vs unarmed citizens
BLM Is about domestic racial and policing issues, not anything else. To conflate it with international poverty is completely misleading.
