love and like often get muddled; in any case I suppose it might matter if this god was the only "perfect" being.

Could there? Yes. Would there? I don't think such a god would allow his other creations to suffer the creation of such an evil.

I *think* unconditional love could be given to Neutral Evil (no honor) & Chaotic Evil (no love), but not to Lawful Evil - they have no soul.

God loves Satan, but being a just God, had to cast Satan out. We humans can love someone unconditionally. Doesnt mean we excuse them.
