No, that has never happened to me. However it did happen to my best friend back home. He was cleared of it though.

Happened to a friend. No corroborative or physical evidence was required. A single, vexatious complainant. Convicted.
I was w/ a girl who threatened to. Dumped her ass and called the cops.

Happened to me, and it was proved thank God that it was a lie.
But a large number of men goes to jail with those false accusations.
