Really? Like what? What about when you factor in that woman study more in fields that payless for either gender? Take more time off so their yearly pay is less. Don't apply for jobs with more pay. What factors are you talking about?

Yes, those factors. If you look at men and women who work the same amount of hours in the exact same jobs.

I suspect this might be due to women being less likely to aggressively negotiate for raises.

When you said disparity of workplace you imply that there is a problem that was caused and needs fixed by eliminating the cause.

Disparity is when its forced or held from a group. I'm just saying there isn't any. It's all decisions that this individual woman are making that results in them making less pay
