The new scrollbars on your site are very slow when using a scroll wheel. Not sure if you've noticed; can you fix this? Thanks!

They aren't slow for me! But if it's a site problem I wanna fix it. I'll ask my other friends and see if the problem is widespread

Btw I should maybe clarify "slow". It's not laggy or anything; but normally scroll wheel is 3-lines-instantly-per-notch and this isn't.
