i think the work ethic of Asian countries produce's a more intelligent population.

As an asian, Work ethics and the pressure to succeed are vastly different. My dad used to punish me for not being ambidextrous.

Define smart. IQ is only one expression of consciousness So when you say smart what exactly are you referring to?
