I've been eating out of dumpsters and also regularly store food for long periods in my purse. this is 30 hours, some of it sunlight. im wary

is the turkey cured? what was the mean temp in the place you left it? was it tightly stored in (literally anything)?

No ... too much time in the food temperature danger zone ... i.e. Lots of bacteria

You can eat anything at any time out, the question is can your system handle it. After about 4 hours bacteria develops and rot begins.

After two hours at room temperature for cooked meat and rice...bin it. Dumpster diving...choose clean or packaged veg and fruit or tinned food. Maintain your medical insurance to be safe. 😘😘
